Synod Lord Percival was imported in March 2000 after long thought and careful consideration to be Pendragon Farm's herd stallion (see below for his get). He is impeccably bred by the world-renowned Supreme Royal Welsh Champion, Synod Roy Rogers. His dam, Synod Lady Bird, an exceptional daughter of Liliddu Cwncoed by Synod William, needs no introduction. He is half-brother to the 1999 Royal Welsh Champion, Synod Lady Lillian.

"Synod William founded the dynasty of exceptional ponies of cob type now situated at Synod Stud."
    - Wynne Davies, The Welsh Pony and Cob Society Journal, 1998
Synod Lord Percival came from the same crop that set record prices at the 1999 Cob sale.

Form and Function! This outstanding stallion can not only perform on line, he has exceeded all our expectations at 2002 Royal  Agricultural Winter Fair by winning 2 out of 3 performance classes, and placing 2nd in the other. Not bad for a 3 year old ....the training in process pictures are below and the winning pictures are above.  Thanks again Jeff!

In 2003, TC  was entered in both the Canadian Carriage Classic, and  the Walnut Hill  Carriage Show.    He performed magnificently with Jeff Kohler at the reins, and together they won the coveted Grand Champion Single Pony and went on to win the  2003 North American Small Driving Pony Champion! Not bad for a 4 year old! We couldn't be any happier than we are with TC.

Synod Lord Percival will be available in 2005 to a limited number of select mares. If you would like to breed to this International Champion for the 2005 breeding season, please contact Kim Sargent via e-mail or telephone at 905-985-6682.

Here are two pictures of T.C. from the New York Breeder's Show in 2001. He looks every bit the champion he was judged to be. These pictures are reduced here. You can right-click each to view the full image separately.

Synod Lord Percival has qualified every year for the Champion of Champions
competition held at the Royal Agricultural Winter Fair in Toronto in November.

As mentioned on our home page, T.C. has been drive training under the guidance of Mr. Jeffrey Kohler or Relhok Farms, a two-time Gold Whip winner. Here are a few pictures that Jeff was kind enough to send us showing T.C. during his early training.  TC had not quite reached his 3rd birthday during this photo op.
