Chatauk's Moon Dazzle

Babe the Black Ox - she's a solid 11.3hh Section A, all black with four white feet - just what the Doctor ordered. Versatile, calm, tractible, everything we could ask for in a mare. She is by Kenview Beau Dazzle out of Snowpony Mystery. In 1999 she was the Ontario Champion Section A mare under saddle, Ontario Champion Driving Section A mare, and Most Versatile.

Babe moved to New Hampshire in 2000.

This photo shows Babe posing with her Junior Showmanship exhibitor after taking first place in that class at the Royal Agricultural Winter Fair. They both look quite happy, don't they?

Here is Babe's effort under saddle at the 1999 NEWPA show in Syracuse. (Sorry about the fence rail across her knees.)

These next two pictures show Babe driving at the Canadian All Welsh Show, held at Tralee - as beautiful and as pastoral a showground as there is.

Lastly, two images from the 1999 Canadian National Exhibition. They are large, so you will have to scroll to see all of them. The first is Babe in the Junior to Drive class, and the second is Babe in the Senior Showmanship class.
